Lighting the propane heater:

​

1) Depress and turn the control knob counterclockwise to “PILOT” position and hold for 15 seconds. With the control knob still depressed, rotate to the “OFF” position and back to the “PILOT” position to generate a spark at the ignitor. If needed, repeat until pilot lights.

 

2) Continue to hold the control knob down in “PILOT” position for 30 seconds.

 

3) Release the control knob. If the pilot does not stay lit, repeat steps 1 and 2.

 

4) If the pilot stays lit, turn the control knob counterclockwise to the desired heat setting.

 

Turning the propane heater OFF:

 

1) Turn the control knob clockwise to the “OFF” position.

 

2) Turn off the propane tank by turning the tank valve knob clockwise until it stops.
